Rewire Your Brain

In order to change the neural networks in our brains, we need to focus on the lovely, the good, and the beautiful.

When we practice self-compassion and we see ourselves as good, worthy, and lovable, we rewire our brains.

I’ve done this and it works!

Look for something beautiful about yourself and think about that for 15 seconds – giving your full attention to it.

Look for the truth of it in your future experience and give it your full attention.

The same way you created your currently held beliefs and feelings is the same way you create new ones – staying with the good thoughts and feelings over and over again.
