Layers of Healing
One of the biggest lessons I have learned is that healing comes in layers.
If you are still being triggered by something, then there is more work to do around that memory.
I have been on a personal journey of healing for many years. I have found that the most helpful tool in my own journey has been reprogramming the subconscious.
The good news is that we don’t have to live in survival mode or numb our emotions. We can let go of negative emotions and beliefs that once protected us, but no longer serve us.
