Connection

We all crave connection, but sometimes it is hard to develop healthy relationships where we get our need for connection met.

When people have experienced attachment injuries from their family of origin, it may be difficult to connect with others as an adult. The way we were modeled love and experienced attachment in our early years can affect our adult relationships.

If we transform our subconscious beliefs regarding connection, we can break unhealthy patterns and get our connection needs met in healthy ways.
